FOH to Nike Main Event Final Four

Friends of Hoop, the two-time defending champion at the Nike Main Event, is once again playing tough in Las Vegas. Like that famous bunny, they keep going and going.

Tuesday was a “day from hell” for Coach Jim Marsh’s troops. At 10:20 a.m. they beat Sam Rines. At 4:10 p.m. they dropped the Arizona Stars. At 6:30 they dumped KC Keys Gold. And at 8:50 it was Cecil Kirk being eliminated at the hands of FOH.

With that four-game run the Friends are now in the Final Four of the Platinum Division, the event’s top tier, and just two wins away from a three-peat.

They play King James Shooting Stars Wednesday morning and with a win there would advance to draw the winner of Team Stat and Houston Hoops at 1:30 Wednesday afternoon.
