RB/LB Jeff Gouveia, Sr.
All league on offense and defense last year. Posted a thousand yard season and was a stalwart on defense. I don't see the transition to 4A being that difficult for Jeff or the rest of his Auburn teammates.
HB Carlo Lavoie, Sr.
Second leading returning rusher from last season. You usually wouldn't see two RB from the same team on a list but with how much Auburn spreads out their handoffs I could see him having a big year as well.
WR Dalton Thomas, Sr.
Thomas amassed over 500 yards receiving on his way to becoming an all league selection. He also led the team in touchdowns. Riverside needs him to be the playmaker he was last year if they want to get their offense going.
LB Jake Pele, Sr.
Jake has had a big summer hitting camps and combines. He should be able to establish himself as an anchor on the Raven defense.
RB Andre Barrington, Sr.
Andre is the leading returning rusher in the SPSL North. Last year he averaged 114 yards a game and had 1,028 total rushing yards. These statistics earned him all league honors on offense.
OL/LB Andru Pulu, Sr.
First team as an offensive lineman and first team defense at linebacker. Andru could turn out to be one of the best players in the league on both sides of the ball. He will need to have another big year if Federal Way wants to repeat as champs.
DL Kama Frank, Jefferson, Sr.
Honorable mention all league defense. Kama is part of a good D Line that should anchor the Jefferson defense.
DL Keelan Buss, Jefferson, Jr.
Awarded all league honorable mention as a Sophomore. Keelan could really explode this coming year. Watch for some big numbers from him.
RB/DB Andrew Smith, Jr.
KM returns no players that scored a touchdown last season. In what figures to be a rebuilding year for their offense Andrew could be a guy to step in and fill that void.
OL/DL Issiah Walker, Sr.
Issiah looked at significant playing time last year for the Royals. Really looking for him to step up this coming year and make an impact on both sides of the ball.
LB Steven Morse, Sr.
All league honors as a Junior set big expectations for Steven in his senior year. A breakout senior season from Steven would go a long way in helping the Falcons get back to the playoffs.
RB Taylor Angevine, Sr.
Angevine was the Falcons leading rusher. Last season he had a tendency to have big games then disappear in others. If he can find a way to be consistent he should have a very big senior year.
RB Devin Topps, Jr.
The junior showed flashes of explosiveness on the field last season. Now that some of the upperclassmen are gone Devin should get his hands on the ball more often. I only see good things for KR with the ball in his hands.
DL Dylan Zylstra, Jr.
As a Sophomore, he forced his way into the starting lineup early in the season. Like Topps, Zylstra showed us glimpses of a very dominant player. A full offseason in the weight room figures to have him ready for a big Junior season.
RB/LB Steven Warner, Sr.
As a two way player Steven made a big impact on both sides of the ball. With Bronson graduated he should see most of the carries for Kentwood. I don't think a thousand yard season is out of the question.
C Hunter Blackmore, Sr.
Hunter has been referred to as a mauler. He could be one of the best run blocking interior lineman in the state.
RB Kurt LaFranchi, Sr.
Kurt piled up 703 yards on the ground last year to go with 148 through the air. He should be Tahoma's main offensive threat again this season and I expect to see him at least match last season's numbers.
OL Daniel Bauer, Sr., Tahoma
This offensive lineman had a solid Junior year. The Bears need him to lead the way for their running game this year if they want to get their offense going.
