Maple Valley (Wash.) Tahoma athlete Kurt LaFranchi is a prospect in the class of 2009 who will be one to keep an eye on this fall.

As a junior, LaFranchi had 130 carries for 750 yards and five touchdowns, caught three passes for 142 yards and two scores and had three 2-point conversions.
